Welcome to LegalLinks. By visiting or using this website, creating an account, protecting a link or joining the pay-per-view program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

LegalLinks is a free service for protecting links from unwanted access and automated visitors through a verification page and an optional password. Visitors open the verification page, enter a password if you set one, and are then shown your original link(s). Registered members may also earn a share of ad revenue from eligible unique views. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to earn money or request payouts.
• You can protect links as a guest, but guest links cannot be managed and their earnings belong to the site owner. Register a free account to manage links and earn.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential, for maintaining accurate information, and for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize to use it.
• One person should keep one account. Duplicate or fake accounts may be closed.

3. Acceptable use

You must not protect, share or promote links that:

• contain pornography, nudity or sexually explicit content, or any content involving minors in a sexual context;
• are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or used for phishing, scams or identity theft;
• distribute malware, viruses, exploits or anything that harms devices or data;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of others, including pirated material;
• promote violence, terrorism, hate, harassment or self-harm;
• violate any applicable criminal law or the rules of another website or service;
• encourage criminal acts or provide instructions for carrying them out;
• contain obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or harassing material.

You must comply with laws that apply where you live, including copyright and trademark laws. You must not attempt to cheat, break, overload, scan or misuse the website or its resources, bypass the verification step, or interfere with other members.

4. Your links and content

You keep ownership of your links and titles. You confirm that you have the right to share every link you protect and that it complies with these Terms. We do not host the destination content, do not endorse it, and are not responsible for it. We may refuse, disable or remove a protected link without notice if we suspect it violates these Terms or the law, including after a rights-holder report. We may take steps to prevent removed content from being protected again.

5. Pay-per-view earnings program

• Valid views: a unique visitor (identified by IP) is counted once per link per 24 hours, and only when the visitor reaches the unlocked page. Views from bots, proxies, repeated refreshes, self-clicks or manipulated traffic are not paid.
• Rates: pay is calculated per 1,000 unique views according to the visitor's country, as shown on the Earn Money page. Rates can change at any time without prior notice.
• Revenue share: the link owner currently receives 70% of the calculated amount; the rest is kept by the website owner.
• Estimated vs approved: amounts you see in your dashboard are estimates. Only earnings verified against the real ad network report become approved and withdrawable. Earnings from traffic the ad network rejects will be removed.
• Minimum payout: $10.00. Payouts are made by PayPal, Payoneer or Bank Transfer and are usually processed within 2 business days of the request, but can take up to 1–2 weeks.
• Your details: you are responsible for giving correct payment details. We are not liable for payments sent to wrong details you supplied, or for fees charged by payment providers or banks. You are also responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Fraud and violations

Do not use bots, scripts, VPN or proxy farms, paid click services, incentivized or forced clicks, misleading buttons, or any other method to create artificial views. If we detect or reasonably suspect this, we may reject the affected earnings, withhold payouts, suspend or block your account and disable your links. Our decision on fraud is final.

7. Advertising

Protected-link pages can display advertisements. You must not ask visitors to click ads, hide or block ads, or alter the pages in any way.

8. Reporting improper links

If you find a link that violates these Terms, or you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact us at legalmoviez@gmail.com with the protected link address and details. We will review it and may remove the link.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or links at any time, with or without notice, for breaking these Terms or for any reason needed to protect the service. You may stop using the service and delete your links at any time. Earnings that are approved and above the minimum payout at the time of a lawful closure will be handled according to these Terms; earnings from violations are forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that links will always work, or that you will earn any particular amount. Password protection and verification pages reduce, but cannot fully prevent, unwanted access to your links.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LegalLinks and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service or from third-party websites you link to. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount of approved earnings owed to you at the time.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from the links you protect, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, the rates and the rewards program at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

14. No resale

Your right to use the service is personal. You may not resell the service or offer access to it as your own service without our express permission.

15. Back up your links

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of the URLs and other information you submit or access through the service. We cannot guarantee that saved links or account data will never be lost or damaged. Keep a separate backup of anything important.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the website owner is based, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless local law says otherwise.
